Play Juniors

SUMMER SEASON | November 2025 – April 2026

To keep games fair and fun, all teams must register their players, coaches, wear matching uniforms, and follow our Nepean Valley Basketball Code of Conduct.

Closing date: 7th November 2025 or until full

We’ve done our best to include as much information as possible, but please remember this is still a work in progress as we build something new.

Our main focus right now is simple — getting everyone back on the court and kids playing again.

Thanks for your patience and support while we grow and improve each week!

Clubs may collect fee’s and include other costs to cover training.

Nepean Valley Basketball operates on a three-stage payment system to make it fair and manageable for all teams while ensuring competitions remain sustainable.

  1. Nomination Fee – due before the season begins, payable upon team acceptance.
  2. First Instalment – due approximately 25 % into the regular season (around Week 4 of a 16-week season).
  3. Final Instalment – due approximately 75 % into the regular season (around Week 12 of a 16-week season), and before finals commence.
  4. Finals will be invoiced separately.

A $100 late payment fee applies to team invoices not paid by the due date.

This fee reflects the administrative and operational costs associated with managing overdue accounts.

Teams may request a short extension or payment plan prior to the due date in cases of hardship.

Unfinancial Teams

Teams or players with outstanding fees are considered unfinancial.

  • Unfinancial players are not permitted to play until all fees are settled.
  • Teams that remain unfinancial may be withdrawn from fixtures and ineligible for finals.

  • Teams will be required to provide duty as per the Nepean Valley Basketball By-Laws.
